As those of you who attended last year know, the event is
an elegant and festive way to celebrate the season. If that weren’t attraction
enough, this year there’ll be live music.
But the real draw, of course, is that Jane Byron will again
be catering the event. Here’s a sneak look at the menu:
· Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres
· Caesar salad with homemade dressing & freshly grated
Romano cheese
· Roasted halibut with tomatoes, saffron, and cilantro
· Provençal-style chicken breast
· Rosemary orzo
· Dinner rolls
· Decadent desserts
Cost is $22.50 per person.
*Spouses/partners/significant others welcome.
