Learn New Skills to Create Balance Between Life and Work,
Cope Better with Stress and Change, and Build Rapport with Clients

Motivational Speaker and National Networking Expert Ted Fattoross
To Address NJ Creatives' October Meeting

Paramus, NJ, September 30, 2004 - Busy creative professionals often have trouble juggling their personal and professional lives, trying to create a positive balance between the two. And in these turbulent times of terrorism and war, economic uncertainty, continued downsizing and mergers, companies and individual business owners are forced to cope with many new changes and stresses. Ted Fattoross will address these issues and also share his insights as a national motivational speaker and networking expert at the Tuesday, October 12th meeting of NJ Creatives Network.

The meeting will be held at the Bergen Museum of Art and Science, located on the lower level of the Bergen Mall, Paramus, NJ. Networking begins at 7:30 p.m., the program at 8:00 p.m. The meeting is free for NJ Creatives Network members, $10 at the door for guests, and $5 for students with proper identification.

A professional speaker with 17 years of experience, Fattoross has been featured on national television, on radio programs, and in newspapers. Teamwork, communicating effectively, relationship building, values and ethics are important themes in each of his programs. From small school districts to corporate giants, from the classroom to the boardroom, Fattoross has provided over 300 programs each year for groups as small as five to as large as 5,000. Addressing employees in the corporate, governmental, non-profit and educational markets, he speaks on topics ranging from sales and customer service to teamwork and leadership.

He has been on the advisory board of numerous Fortune 500 companies, and has worked with companies large and small, helping motivate employees and teaching management new techniques to improve productivity, morale and sales revenues. During a 10-year period, he led over 3,000 speaking events for 250,000 people, appearing on television and in print media hundreds of times.

As a leading keynote speaker for seminars on leadership and sales techniques for Cisco, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Ford, AT&T, Lucent and many other companies, Fattoross has also given motivational talks at many colleges and universities and within primary and secondary school systems. He is registered with the Department of Education to provide certified staff development credits for teachers.

Fatoross is also the chief executive officer and founder of Network PLUS. His focus is on building an international network with 10,000 members within three years. The goal for 2004 is 100 locations within New Jersey and expansion into PA, NY, CT and FL. Then he would like to "go global" in 2005.

According to Fattoross, the "PLUS" in Network PLUS moves it to the forefront of the networking industry - going well beyond the basic breakfast, lunch, dinner and after-hours events. Network PLUS is creating many venues which include special interest group meetings, seminars, roundtables, think-tank sessions, and co-sponsored mixers with other associations and chambers of commerce. "Since the organization is member-driven," he maintains, "the list of benefits continues to grow." He says that his Mission Statement is "to inspire people to be the best they can be". Join other creative professionals for an evening that Fattoross promises will be "inspirational, motivational and educational."
